My classes are based at various local community places around South Manchester and North Cheshire, during lunch hours or after work.

My Personal Training service is ideal for busy people or anyone who just wants that personal service to ensure they get a tailored made fitness programme.

I offer: Pilates
Pilates is an exercise system that focuses on stretching and strengthening the whole body to improve muscle-strength, balance, flexibility, posture.
People will improve their posture, joints will increase mobility and if you suffer from back pain there is some evidence that Pilates can improve pain relief. Pilates is suitable for people of all ages.
I offer: Boxercise
A fun stress-busting activity which combines boxing and exercises. It is one of the most effective forms of cross training available today, using both aerobic and anaerobic energy systems.
This form of exercise not only ensures a diverse workout, but also enhances sports specific senses including hand-eye coordination, balance and timing.
I offer: HIIT
High Intensity Interval Training
This is a cardiovascular exercise that alternates between intense bursts of activity and fixed periods of less-intense activity or even complete rest.
For example, (as a starter) running as fast as you can for 1 minute and then walking for 2 minutes. Repeat that 3-minute interval five times for 15-minutes.

About Me
I am a teacher of Physical Education with a background in fitness for more than 24 years. I am an experienced Boxercise/Kick-Boxercise instructor and a Personal Trainer as well.
Teaching Pilates for the last 8 years have experience with adults and children and also I have been teaching healthy cooking so I am keen to give nutritional advice to all my clients.
